My name is Richard Frank and I am trying to develop some information about my family history. My focus is on my mothers side of the family originally from the Northern Fresian Islands. Wyk. Maiden name Peterson. The men in the Peterson family were whaling men in the late 1800′s early 1900′s. One was a Captain with a history of 372 whales in his history.
